Camera Shy? Not anymore!

Life sucks the moment you take a look at a photo and hate everything you see on the screen. However, with Apollos Lens, we understand the feelings of being camera shy! So we are here to relieve your stress and explain to you the best ways to get rid of that shyness!

  1. Address that shyness

    • When you look in the mirror, the first person you see is you! Just take a look in the mirror and question why do you hate being in front of the camera?

      1. Do you hate the way you look?

      2. Is there a certain insecurity you don't like?

      3. Is that lingering thought in your mind that if you shared that photo with the world it will be a nightmare?

    • If its any of these or something else... Relax! Take a few deep breaths! You are picture perfect!

    • After you chillax! Think about your best qualities (looking at a photo of yourself will help)! Being genuine wins the race!

    • Dress comfy! The more comfortable the less stress. Even if how you dress isn't your main concern, trying to dress up nicely for a photoshoot will only cause stress!

    • Boost up your confidence! You are that person and will forever be that person!

  2. Practice what you preach!

    • Pose in front of the mirror. Spice it up by changing your lighting! Get in a few unique angles as well!

    • Take a selfie. No one else in the world has to see these selfies! And you can delete the ones you do not like! Also, utilize those filters and setting on your phone! Trust me its the best thing since Lightroom!

    • Get you some props! Using things like accessories will add a little spunk to your photoshoot

  3. Get in front of that camera!

    • Work with a professional! (And it does not have to be us!)

    • Bring a friend! During photoshoots, friends are the BEST compliment bringers!

    • Distracting yourself is the best way to go. Play some music, laugh a little, think about some exciting things in life and chat it up with company!

Being camera shy does not have to be your weakness!
